This is a go to place for me to take folks visiting from out of town! Delicious pasta dishes in a place with great ambiance. Perfect for a date night.
An absolutely wonderful dining experience with some of the most beautiful appearing dishes and tasting as well. a very fine dining experience and some of the best Italian food in the area second to none. We appreciated the helpful advice on food and wine tips from our waiter and the friendly staff.
Lovely evening, sitting outside on a bustling corner, enjoying delicious and beautiful italian food. Burrata Al Tartufo- fresh with unique fruit, fresh burrata and prosciutto. Saccette - little sacks of cheese-filled pasta in a delicious, rich creamy sauce. Eggplant Inviltini- Perfectly prepared rolls of eggplant filled with ricotta and covered in fresh tomato and basil sauce. Yum! Polipo Di Pomodoro- Octopus with fresh tomato salsa. So fresh and flavorful. Brussels Sprouts- Crispy and flavorful! Makes you love your veggie. Friendly staff when we called for the reso. And Salvatore was a joy and added so much to the delightful experience! Can’t wait to come back.
What an amazing experience dining at Lupo Verde. Everything from the ambiance, hand crafted cocktails to our mouth watering meals. Our bartenders, wait staff and even the restaurant management were all very kind and personable. We felt so at home while dining at this establishment. So, much so that the Executive Chef came out just to take a photo with us. By far, one of the most authentic Italian restaurants in DC. Love this place. Highly recommend it!!
We had an excellent dining experience at Lupo Verde. The service was excellent , staff are super nice and friendly. Dinner tasted fabulous. The only issue we had were mosquitoes. It would be nice if they do a mosquito treatment for summer.
We ordered steak, lobster pasta and burrata, and all of them were pretty good. The interior design is pretty nice, and we enjoyed sitting next to the window on the second floor. The space can be a bit noisy in the evening, so if you prefer a quieter place, then probably this restaurant will not be your top choice. Other than that, it’s a nice neighborhood restaurant. Went for dinner date on Tuesday and was seated right away without reservation, great service by authentic Italian accented servers, esthetic design of the inner dining area, and delicious pasta! Also, they allow inkind app so great deals and discounts!
This restaurant is a superb near-European experience! The waiters are very friendly, attentive, and come up with great recommendations based on your taste and preferences. Food is great, everything tastes fresh. Staff and management seem very attentive to make you feel welcome and not rushed to leave. 5/5, worth checking out at least once :)
